To overcome the crisis, which is not solely economical, enterprise's courage must be found and interpreted in a modern manner, and involving namely the multiple community "capitals" (human, relational, social, economic). This recommends, among other things, the experiences of the Archive of Italian Generativity, created by the Istituto Luigi Sturzo and Almed, recounted on this site. After having developed criteria, inspiration, and guidance for research, investigation methods, and storage (clarified in the documents here below), the Scientific Committee and the editorial staff have identified several exemplary cases from which to begin the investigation. The work method began by listening: concretely- after a preliminary investigation- we meet, interview and observe those that we like as "generativity cases".
The result of these encounters is the material that you find in the Archive: narratives of experiences, each in its own way paradigmatic, that have re-invented tradition, produced value and significance, and faced the challenges of modernity in a generative way.
